Scrubbing bubbles how does it work

Alkyldimethyl amine oxide is a cleaning agent that can also be found in household cleaning products, detergents, and personal care products. We use alkyldimethyl amine oxide in our products to remove dirt and deposits by surrounding dirt particles to loosen them from the surface they're attached to, so they can be rinsed away. Sodium carbonate is a pH adjuster that can also be found in bath, skin and hair products. It alters the pH of a product to improve stability over time. Every formula has an optimum pH to make it work best.

We use pH adjusters to make sure we achieve the best pH for a particular job. To fight that, you need to know about X, which works its magic without you needing to scrub. Now, you may be wondering why this wasn't the first order of business in this bathroom cleaning endeavor; after all, if this product is doing the work for you, why not spray it, clean the rest of the bathroom and finish up by wiping the X away, right?

Well, here's why: The stuff stinks to high heaven. The smell is reminiscent of chlorine bleach, and can be quite overpowering. You should be sure to open a window or turn on a fan to ensure the area you're working in is well ventilated, and leave the room while the X does its thing.

If there are any really stubborn mildew spots that might need some extra attention you can wipe the area down with water and a rag or scrub brush. Cleaning the bathroom may still never be your favorite chore—or maybe it will be now that you know the secret to being a bathroom cleaning sorceress! But hopefully the knowledge that 10 minutes, three products, three tools, and a little strategy is all you need to make it less horrible will encourage you to perform the task more regularly…say, once a week or once every other week?

After all, who doesn't love a sparkling clean bathroom?!? I know I sure do. All the better to admire myself and my glittery face paints! Jolie Kerr is a cleaning expert, advice columnist, and host of the podcast Ask a Clean Person. SELF does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Using this product has cut down the time spent cleaning the toilet every days. And bonus it smells great too. I find the product to be affordable and there are usually coupons to be found.

Great for disinfecting the toilet and keeping of the bathroom smelling great. I like to use scrubbing bubbles to keep my toilets clean and also to disinfect. It is a good smelling product! I like this stuff a lot but it isn't the product to use if you are a germ-freak or if you are cleaning toilets in an industrial or medical setting. This will get your toilets very CLEAN and make them smell nice but it won't necessarily get rid of all the bacteria.

Also, if you are going to use this stuff, use it in a small area of your toilet first. I have never had any trouble with it but a friend said that it stained her toilet which was custom colored. Does a great job at disinfecting and keeping the toilet smelling fresh for awhile. Throughout that time I have tried various other cleaning products and nothing has been able to beat it.

I have very sensitive skin so harsh cleaners such as Comet have always broken me out and bleach burns my skin. The Scrubbing Bubbles have never done that to me. There is virtually no effort on my part, I just spray it on and wipe it down. Even with the dirtiest messes like after bathing the dogs Scrubbing Bubbles just melts away the dirt and grime.

I have a two year old so getting things done quickly is an essential around here. This product makes it possible. It even works great on steel car rims. It just melts off the old brake dust and road dirt and leaves them sparkly and clean.

I have also had to use it in a pinch on a carpet stain and it didn't hurt my carpet at all and took the juice right up. I have been amazed by the uses I have found for a simple bathroom cleaner in other area of the house.

My husband used it to clean greasy messes in the garage and it worked great for that too. The possibilities really are endless. The only thing I suggest is that if you are going to use it on something that is dark colored or bright colored such as fabric or carpet do a test spot in an inconspicuous spot first just to be safe. I would caution everyone, however, that before you use any cleaning product in a way not directed on the instructions that you do so with care and caution, because you don't want to ruin something by trying to clean it in an inappropriate manner.

Unfortunately, in my experience, they don't work quite as well as they're made out to be. I have used Scrubbing Bubbles foaming cleaner all over my bathrooms, including on my tile, toilets, and bathroom counter tops, but I mainly use it on my bathtub for dirt on the sides. While the product can clean minor surface debris it does not seem to work all that well on tougher stains like the commercials imply. The scent I used was lemon. It did smell fresh in the bathroom, and gave a clean feeling, but it didn't make up for the lack of cleaning of tough dirt and grime.

I found I had to scrub a lot even with this product. Now, don't get me wrong, for light cleaning I like Scrubbing Bubbles pretty well. However, I would just caution others not to go out and buy it thinking it will remove your toughest stains because in my experience it did not. Taylor says: Thanks Tabatha for sharing your experiences with Scrubbing Bubbles bathroom cleaner.

Leah shared how she used several Scrubbing Bubbles products recently, mainly the Foaming Bathroom Cleaner, but also the soap scum remover and toilet cleaning gel. Leah says: I recently used Scrubbing bubbles to clean the employee restroom at my place of business.

I'm sorry to have to mention this, but we all know how terrible bathrooms can smell, and this place was an olfactory nightmare. I found the foaming bathroom cleanser to be the perfect match for the odor which seemed to be taking over the small bathroom.

It also made the outside of the toilet shine like new and the floor glisten. And best of all, I can walk into the bathroom now and it smells delightful! For the inside of the toilet I used the new Scrubbing Bubbles toilet cleaning gel, and I was really pleased with it too.

These bathroom cleaning products have made a wonderful difference in the state of my bathroom and my employees have noticed. I personally think it has helped improve morale and definitely helped to eliminate the risk of bacterial infection in the workplace. In addition, in my home, I recently tried the Scrubbing Bubbles soap scum remover.
