The more common way is to bring a level 1 noob there, give it the mets, and kill it and whoever is stuck there by attacking the guard at the bottom left corner of the map.
Because it's a level 1 noob, it shouldn't drop anything. From experience, mine actually dropped some money and few mets when I attacked the guard, so I suggest having your noob be killed by a met dove so it doesn't go blue named. The other way of exiting the met zone is tough, and you might want to be a little stronger. You must go to the top left corner of the met zone, and the top left corner of that area too. From there just click "I've got a Savage Bone" and good luck!
You can get accessory scraps, k, refinery and soul scraps etc. Note: The sprites no longer spawn at a fixed location or on the map at all.
